  Came for a kids party 9 kids 3 adults. Simply isn't enough staff to run this place. Standard of food isn't of Frankie and Benny's. Customer service is just non existent. If there's a regional manager kicking about in Wales, they need to get here. Talk about completely demolishing a brand. I'd honestly rather have gone to McDonald's.

  Never had anything to complain about. Really nice staff and good service. Food has always been good. Look forward to going again.

  Pretty busy but shown to a table within the waiting time given. One drink ordered was incorrect but changed without fuss..Personally ordered the chicken salad...was very tasty but too much lettuce would have been nice to have a variety (peppers, cucumber, red onion, sweetcorn & small bit of pasta - just a taste instead of bread in salad & bread sticks as well

  Waited 30 mins for a table and a further hour for food even though it was not busy at all. The burger was full of oil and flavourless and the chips were horrible . Needless to say I won't be going here again.
